GRIFT
Grift is the pseudonym of the Swedish artist and multi-instrumentalist Erik Gärdefors.
With a strong bond to his homecounty Västergötland in Sweden, Grift express a blend of rural folk, atmospheric metal, field-recordings and ambient compositions inspired by nature mysticism and local folklore.
With over ten years of creativity, Grift has become a sought-after live artist, touring widely as a solo performer and with band.
Borne from pure nature mysticism, Grift offers evocative escapism to – if only for a moment – sever the chains of mundanity and allow your imagination to roam free.
KARITI
kariti (карити) - 'to mourn the dead' in church Slavonic - is a Russian-born poet, composer and multi-instrumentalist currently based in Italy. Her debut 'Covered Mirrors' was released in September 2020 by the cult Italian label Aural Music (Negură Bunget, Imperial Triumphant, Messa) and represents a cathartic peregrination through bereavement’. Marco, the leader of the heavy sludge outfit Grime contributes to some of the songs and often joins kariti for live performances.
Starting from 2021, kariti toured Europe multiple times, shared the stage with Messa, Grift, Conny Ochs, among others, and in October 2023 was invited by Brutus to open the Italian leg of their tour. Dheghom release show took place in Ljubljana, Slovenia with Lili Refrain as the special guest.
BEES MADE HONEY IN THE VEIN TREE
Bees Made Honey in the Vein Tree is a post-doom band from Stuttgart, Germany, whose sound has transcended conventional genre boundaries since 2017. Their music thrives on radical contrasts between light and dark, loud and soft, fast and slow. Their compositions blend brutal doom riffs with atmospheric post-rock and iridescent shoegaze. This interplay gives rise to a distinctive sonic universe that is relatively unique within the vast landscape of psychedelic and progressive music. Over this is layered heavily reverberated vocals, which take on the role of another instrument, lending the music depth and aesthetic appeal, while the metaphorical lyrics create a visual, almost cinematic dimension.
